The man was apprehended yesterday afternoon at about 2:50pm.
An onlooker had noticed Uzoma, the culprit trying to get access into the vehicle, before putting a call across to the car owner.
The culprit was taken to the Chief Security Officer of UPTH, who handed him over to the Choba Police Station for further investigation.
