Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets are close to completing the defence of the FIFA Under-17 World Cup title, as they cruised into the semi-finals yesterday in Chile.The Eaglets recorded a stunning three-zero victory over three-times champions Brazil to reach the semis.
All three goals for Nigeria came in the first half; with VICTOR OSIMHEN scoring his eighth goal in five games.
KINGSLEY MICHAEL and UDOCHUKWU ANUMUDU also scored one goal each to complete the battering of Brazil in the quarter-final match at the Sausalito stadium in Vina Del Mar.
For the round of four games; the Golden Eaglets will face the winner of the quarter final clash between Ecuador and Mexico.
