Players of the Super Eagles will no longer be paid their winning bonuses in cash, beginning from next their World Cup Qualifier next month.
The Nigerian national team will play the winner of the game between Swaziland and Djibouti in November.
The players have been directed to open accounts with a local commercial bank where their winning bonuses would be paid.
The directive is based on a new financial policy on foreign currencies transactions adopted by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
It is one of the measures contained in a players’ code of conduct, which NFF President AMAJU PINNICK said would soon be implemented.
