Real Madrid have thrown their support behind CRISTIANO RONALDO after he was accused of tax fraud.
The club said it is absolutely convinced that its player will prove his total innocence in the process.
Spanish prosecutors have alleged that the four-time Ballon d'Or winner owes about twelve point nine million pounds in unpaid taxes between 2011 and 2014.
They accused RONALDO of using a shell company in the Virgin Islands to "hide" twenty five million pounds of income earned from image rights.
