In sports; the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation has announced the released naira equivalent of one point seven million dollars for the payment of outstanding winning bonuses for Super Eagles and Super Falcons of Nigeria.
The payment covers the Super Eagles participation in the 2018 World Cup Qualifying matches and the Super Falcons’ participation in the 10th Women’s Africa Nations Cup.
The confirmation was made in a statement released by the Director of Information in the Officer of the Accountant General of the Federation, KENECHUKWU OFFIE.
