The commissioner for health while addressing newsmen said the returnee has been on isolation since he returned with a local airline from Lagos to Port Harcourt, and has been moved to the treatment centre for proper care.
PRINCEWILLL CHIKE further stated that contact tracing for the newly recorded case has commenced and samples have been collected from high risk contacts.
Our correspondent ELFREDAH ALERECHI reports that the state Commissioner for Health disclosed that the said nineteen year old model, who is the index case in the state was due to be discharged yesterday.
