An official of the agency Chimezie Nwankwo disclosed this during an inspection of one of the roads the agency is repairing in Obio Apor Local Government area of the state.
Speaking with our correspondent with our correspondent Sandra Kenneth, Nwankwo said the agency is carrying on with it works despite the rains.
