The Chairman of the Rivers State amnesty implementation committee Sir KEN CHINDA gave this indication in a statement obtained by our correspondent.
CHINDA noted that the cult groups led by a boy, popularly known as milk and honey, or stainless would be declared enemies of the state government if they do not surrender their arms.
The special adviser to the governor on amnesty warned that government will not stand by and watch the cult groups destroy the peace which the people of Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni local government have worked for.
KENNETH CHINDA said members of both cult groups stand a chance to be enlisted in the amnesty programme turn out at Obite to submit their arms.
