Mbappe will not take the famous number seven shirt that was worn by his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo.
The shirt is currently worn by Vinicius Junior and Mbappe will only get it when the Brazilian leaves it or decides to change squad number.
However, Luka Modric who wears the number ten shirt is set to leave at the end of the season.
The Frenchman is expected to leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer and has also been linked with Arsenal and Liverpool.
