A public affairs analyst, Jide Ojo told Today fm that the large number of the party members in the council is an evidence that elections are won by structures.
Ojo however expressed concern that the appointment of serving public servants as chairman and Director Generals may slow down governance in their various states.
On the exclusion of the Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo and Secretary to the Government of the federation, Boss Mustapha , Jide Ojo who is also development expert said the reason given for the exclusion of the two top serving government officials is commendable and cogent.
