President Muhammadu Buhari Sends Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Fiscal Strategy Paper to National Assembly

The documents were accompanied by a letter from President BUHARI, one of which was addressed to the Senate President, Senator BUKOLA SARAKI.
According to the Executive Correspondence which was read by Senator SARAKi at the resumption of plenary today, President BUHARI noted that documents were prepared against the backdrop of the generally global economic uncertainty, fiscal challenges and recovery in the domestic economy.
President MUHAMMADU BUHARI has departed Abuja for Turkey to attend a meeting of the D-Eight taking place in Istanbul.
The President left the country after presiding over the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting with his cabinet members at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
