Felix, who was represented at the ongoing 2nd Annual Conference of family court judges, magistrate and other family court practitioners in Port-Harcourt by Assistant Controller of correctional service, Kele Sunday, said the efforts of the state Judiciary for the institutionalization of justice for young offenders will go a long way in sanitizing the state.
Sunday, however, said decongestion exercises of inmates at the state correctional center by the Chief Judge of the state and regular checks by magistrates is also a welcome development.
