A senior police officer informed our correspondent that the suspected cultist popularly known as OTA BREAD had been on the list of most wanted criminals in Rivers State.
The police officer, who does not want his name to be mentioned said investigation in ongoing to track down other members of the criminal cult gang and their sponsors.
He said some politicians in Etche have been making contacts in a bid to secure the release of the cult leader in the buildup of the rerun election on 30th July.
