Poland boosts defence spending over war in Ukraine

It is the latest European country to say it is increasing military spending as a result of the conflict.

Poland has a military budget of just less than two point five percent of its GDP, but the Prime Minister says he wants to increase the figure to four percent this year.

The Poland Prime Minister said defense spending to four percent might mean that this will be the highest percentage, among all Nato countries.
