FLAG-AMACHREE is facing two counts of conspiracy and murder, and the Court of Appeal was expected to entertain a motion for appeal against the refusal by the Rivers State High Court to grant the accused person bail on health grounds.
But when the matter came up today, the Appeal Court adjourned to 4th of July based on a request for time by the Prosecuting State Counsel to enable him file a counter affidavit.
You will recall that the murder trial was stalled on Tuesday after the trial judge of the State High Court received a letter from the Port Harcourt Prisons indicating that the accused person could not be brought to court due to his worsening health condition.
