The naval rating is said to have shot and killed a man over his refusal to pay two hundred naira toll fee at Kara market along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
Eyewitness told newsmen that Naval Rating had threatened to kill the victim if he moved and he made good his promise.
Reacting to the incident, Commissioner of Police in Ogun State, KENNETH EBRIMSON, said the military authorities have been contacted to trace the actual identity of the officers involved in the killing.
