The State Chairman of the union, Monday Eleazar, who was reacting to the recent attack on a bus driver plying Eleme-Oyigbo-Aba Road, by suspected touts, maintained that the only authorized tickets for commercial drivers are the ones issued by the State Ministry of Transport and the Union.
Eleazar in an interview with Today Fm’s Uchendu Ejiowhor condemned the sale of multiple and illegal tickets to commercial vehicle operators, noting that the act has lingered for too long and needs to be addressed urgently by the State government and security agencies.
