When the matter resumed yesterday; Chief Magistrate SOKARI ANDREW-JAJA entertained the cross-examination of the investigating Police Inspector from the State Criminal Investigation Department.
The Police Inspector told the court that no incriminating evidence was found on the first four accused persons, who are chieftains of the PDP.
He further noted that the accused persons identified themselves as PDP agents for the supplementary elections in Etche Local Government Area where they were arrested.
