was born in Lagos state and claims the state of her birth as her state of origin. Her parents however are from Onitsha-ado in Anambra state. She is a graduate of Theatre-arts from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka. Her affair with broadcasting started early, while she was still an undergraduate in the university where she landed her first job of some sorts in a radio drama that was aired in the then cosmofm in Enugu. After university she served with the Ogun state council for arts and culture and was part of their winning contingent that participated in the National festival for arts and culture. Broadcasting as a profession began by a chance audition in the studios of brilafm in lagos and ever since then it’s been one broadcast outfit after another doing what she loves she also stays true to her theatre roots as she is part of the cast of the BBC radio drama story story.
