According the NFF President Ibrahim Gusau, Yusuf and Ugbade were sacked due to their teams’ woeful performances.
This followed after Yusuf’s Dream Team, failed to qualify for the U-23 African Cup of Nations and were not going to be part of be part of the next Olympic football event.
Ugbade’s Golden Eaglets also crashed out of the U-17 African Cup of Nations in the last eight.
