EFCC assure safety of all whistleblowers in Nigeria
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has assured the safety of all whistleblowers in the country.
Chairman of the EFCC, IBRAHIM MAGU gave the assurance in a briefing with newsmen in Port Harcourt.
MAGU said the Federal government is working to strengthen the whistleblowers' act in the in the National Assembly as he assured of additional protection and the payment of the five percent commission to whistleblowers.
He noted that the policy has suffered a setback due to court proceedings that take time before judgment is passed.
