International talks are holding in Vienna to find a solution to the bloody conflict in Syria. The talks bring together for the first time all foreign powers backing rival sides in Syria's civil war.

International talks are holding in Vienna to find a solution to the bloody conflict in Syria. The talks bring together for the first time all foreign powers backing rival sides in Syria's civil war.
United Nations Secretary General BAN KI-MOON has urged participants to show flexibility and global leadership. Meanwhile; Iran has been asked to accept the removal of Syria’s President BASHAR AL-ASSAD as part of any solution to the bloody conflict in his country. Saudi Foreign Minister ADEL AL-JUBEIR made the suggestion during talks on the Syrian crisis in Vienna.
Iran is taking part in such talks for the first time, which also include Russia and Turkey. Russia and Iran both support Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, and have both recently stepped up military role in the conflict. But the United States, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Arab nations have long insisted that ASSAD cannot play any long-term role in Syria's future.
