Militancy affected infrastructural development in Nigeria-Buhari

President MUHAMMADU BUHARI has assured Nigerians that he would continue to use the country's resources judiciously.

President BUHARI gave the assurance when he received guests at the State House, Abuja.

He said the extreme infrastructure deficit inherited by his administration was worsened by the volatility in the oil market and the activities of militants in the Niger Delta.

President BUHARI however, expressed confidence that in the last four years the federal government had recorded sustainable progress in mobilising resources to rebuild infrastructure across the country.
