India has offered six hundred million dollars in development assistance for Africa. Indian Prime Minister, NARENDRA MODI made the announcement at the Third India-Africa Forum Summit in New Delhi.

India has offered six hundred million dollars in development assistance for Africa. Indian Prime Minister, NARENDRA MODI made the announcement at the Third India-Africa Forum Summit in New Delhi. MODI made the announcement before a gathering that includes more than fifty African leaders, in what is being seen as an attempt by India to improve ties with Africa. Nigeria’s President, MUHAMMADU BUHARI joins his counterparts from South Africa, Zimbabwe, Egypt and Sudan at the summit.
