the Rivers State Government has come under criticisms for its inability to have a representation at the on-going National Youths Games at Ilorin the Kwara State capital.

A Youth Activist in Port Harcourt CHARLES JAJA described as unfortunate the failure of the state government to sponsor the Rivers State contingents to the National Youths games.

JAJA said the development has shown that the current administration has no interest in youth’s development.

He also wondered why the state governor NYESOM WIKE has continued to delay in the appointment of a Special Assistant on Youths and Student Affairs.
