Oyibo calls for reconstruction of dilapidated roads.

The people of Oyigbo Local Government Area are calling on the Rivers State Government to do more on the reconstruction of dilapidated roads in the area.

In addition to the recent flag-off the reconstruction of Mbano-Iriebe Road; Oyigbo people also want Governor NYESOM WIKE to give attention to reconstruct the Oyigbo Market-Ndoki Road.

 

 

The Paramount Ruler of Obete and Eze Ala Umuokobo, Eze PETER UMENTA, made the call in an interview with our correspondent, on behalf of people of Oyigo. 

 

 

Eze UMENTA who is also the Chairman of Umuokobo Council of Traditional Rulers, called on the people of Oyigbo, especially those who have attained eighteen years, to take advantage of the ongoing registration of voters and obtain their voting cards ahead of the general election in 2019.
