One Afibiye Bobmanuel has been remanded in Police custody for alleged child molestation. Forty five year old Afibiye, who is popularly known as Fala, was accused of having canal knowledge of a ten year old girl at Plot 146, Zone three, Finima street in Port Harcourt.

Forty five year old Afibiye, who is popularly known as Fala, was accused of having canal knowledge of a ten year old girl at Plot 146, Zone three, Finima street in Port Harcourt.Chief Magistrate FELICITAS AMANZE said AFIBIYE committed an offence punishable under Section 218 of the Criminal Code. Chief Magistrate however ordered that the accused be remanded in Prison until the adjourned date on November 11, 2015 when the trial will commence.
