The National and House of Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal for Bayelsa State has fixed 15th August to deliver judgement on the suit filed by the All Progressives Congress against the Peoples Democratic Party.
The senatorial candidate of the APC for Bayelsa West Senatorial District, EDDY JULIUS, dragged his PDP rival, Senator FOSTER OGOLA, to the tribunal over allegation of certificate forgery.

The National and House of Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal for Bayelsa State has fixed 15th August to deliver judgement on the suit filed by the All Progressives Congress against the Peoples Democratic Party.
The senatorial candidate of the APC for Bayelsa West Senatorial District, EDDY JULIUS, dragged his PDP rival, Senator FOSTER OGOLA, to the tribunal over allegation of certificate forgery.
Speaking to journalists after the sitting, the lawyer representing the Independent National Electoral Commission, EMEKA OJODILE commended the performances of all the parties in the case.
