Bishop Budu-Ihunwo Attributes Nigeria's Challenges to Judicial Conduct at 2024-2025 Legal Year Opening

The Bishop, Niger Delta North in the Anglican Province of Niger Delta in the Church of Nigeria, Wisdom Budu-Ihunwo has blamed the current situation being experienced in Nigeria on activities of Judges in the country.

Bishop Budu-Ihunwo who spoke during his sermon at the special church service of the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 legal year of the Rivers State Judiciary, insisted that if the judges stand firm on the part of justice and truth, Nigeria will be a better place.

The Clergy while expressing concern that only Nigerian judges of same court of coordinate jurisdiction deliver conflicting judgments, advocated for contentment and firm stand on what is wrong amongst the judges and lawyers.
