Rivers State Governor Clarifies Ring Road Funding, Defends Achievement Record

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has clarified that he borrowed  200 billion Naira for the construction of the ring road project so can take credit for the project contrary to claims made by FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.

He made this statement during the 64th independence thanksgiving interdenominational service in Port Harcourt.

Governor Fubara also highlighted his administration's achievements, citing the construction of the trans-Kalabari road, valued at 225.1 billion Naira, without borrowing.

He emphasized his commitment to delivering results without seeking media attention.

In a bold statement, Governor Fubara declared If it requires giving his kidney to remain governor he won't give it.
