The recent commencement of petrol refining at the Dangote Refinery has elicited mixed reactions from drivers in Port Harcourt.

While some road users are skeptical about the impact of the refinery's production on the price of petrol, others are optimistic that it will lead to a reduction in the cost of fuel.

Speaking to Today FM, some drivers expressed doubts that the price of petrol would decrease despite the increase in local production.

On the other hand, some drivers are hopeful that the Dangote Refinery's production will lead to a reduction in the price of PMS.

However, both groups of drivers agree that the government will play a significant role in determining the price of PMS.
