In a show of discontent, members of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) have staged a protest at the entrance of Belema Oil's facilities in Port Harcourt.

Okusi called on Belema Oil's management to engage in a constructive dialogue with the workers.

He emphasized the importance of addressing the concerns raised by employees and urged the company to prioritize the well-being and rights of its workforce.

Earlier, Chairman of PENGASSAN, Belema Oil chapter, Dan Opusunji decried that some workers have been in the field for over two months without crew change.
