CSO welcomes moves to prosecute Amaechi, others as court orders substituted service

The Civil Society Organization in Rivers State has described as a welcome development, the move to prosecute former Governor of the state, Rotimi Amaechi, Sahara Energy and the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Patrick Tonye-Cole over alleged misappropriation of state funds.

The group while commanding the courage of the state government to prosecute the former governor and his partner said the state government will win the hearts of Rivers people if the trial is holistic. 

The State Public Secretary of CLO, Solomon Lenu in an interview with newsmen said the state must also include Sir Peter Odili's administration and current administration of Governor Nyesom Wike that has Sim Fubara in the wanted list of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
