This time South-South Zone of the Coalition of Civil Societies said it is shocking that such amount of money would be allegedly given out to INEC officials just to alter the will of the people when according to it there are cases of unpaid salaries and projects that are unattended to.
In a statement by its Spokesperson ALEX OWURU, the group said such act is unacceptable to Rivers people.
It called on the relevant authorities to ensure that all those found culpable in that act are made to face the law to serve as deterrent to others.
