EKENE UZOUKWU was arraigned before Senior Magistrate LENU BARIDAM, but he was not allowed to take his plea, while the case has been adjourned till 19th of July.
If convicted of the alleged defilement of a minor, EKENE UZOUKWU could spend the rest of his life in prison, which is the maximum penalty for such crime.
