Speaking in an interview with our correspondent, OSI OLISAH said the lawsuit against the Senate President BUKOLA SARAKI and his Deputy, IKE EKWEREMADU was as an abuse of court process.
The lawyer said although the Attorney-General of the Federation, ABUBAKAR MALAMI has the constitutional right to prosecute anyone, the lawsuit against the senators should have been avoided because of the tense political situation in the country.
He appealed to executive and legislative arms of government to think of the plight of Nigerians in the ongoing faceoff.
