This indication emerged after Justice ENEBELI of the State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt ordered one of the contenders, IFEANYI UMEZURUIKE to vacate the properties of their late father, Eze DAUGLAS UMEZURUIKE KALABO.
Justice ENEBELI ordered that the executors of the will of late Eze KALABO should take responsibility of administering the wishes of the chief before his death.
IFEANYI UMEZURUIKE, who represented himself as counsel in the matter, declined to speak to newsmen on record but hinted that the case would continue at a higher court.
However; counsel for the defendants, EMMANUEL JOHN expressed satisfaction with the judgment, which he said has restored confidence in the judiciary.
Another son of the late Eze KALABO, MANUCHIM UMEZURUIKE also expressed happiness that the judgment has saved over forty of them from slavery in the hands of their elder brother who is the first son of their late father.
