This follows the approval of the project by the Federal Executive Council during a meeting presided over by President MUHAMMADU BUHARI yesterday.
Minister of Power Works and Housing, BABATUNDE FASHOLA who made the disclosure, said the two point five eight billion dollars project would enable the entrance of big vessels into the country.
The minister said the approval was consistent with the Federal Government’s macroeconomic policy to emphasize on tax income following a fall in the oil revenue.
