Labour party not happy with Rivers state govt over failure to conduct LGA elections.

The Party is particularly sad that the leadership of the Rivers State Electoral Commission has allegedly been doing nothing since they were inaugurated.

The State Chairman of the Party FELIX FAVOUR blamed RSIEC for allegedly failing to draw up a template for the election, stressing that it members have just been earning salaries for doing nothing.

FAVOUR who was speaking in an interview with correspondent CHINEDU IWUNNA recalled that Governor NYESOM WIKE had on assumption of office promised to conduct the Local government elections within six months but added said it was regrettable that two years down the line, that was yet to happen.

That was the Rivers State Chairman of Labour Party FELIX FAVOUR.
