Khana Stakeholder Downplays New Coalition, Backs Tinubu’s Second Term Bid

A political stakeholder in Khana Local Government Area, Government Tigidam, has dismissed concerns over the recently formed political coalition, saying it poses no threat to President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.

Speaking to reporters, Tigidam stated that the presidential ambitions of key coalition members would eventually lead to internal divisions and weaken their collective chances ahead of the next general elections.

He also advised the people of Rivers State to steer clear of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), expressing confidence that the party will not succeed in its attempt to unseat the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Tigidam further urged residents of Khana and Rivers State at large to remain loyal to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, saying his leadership would continue to meet their expectations and deliver on promises.
