Former Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro is under pressure to keep his job at Egyptian club, Zamalek following the team’s elimination from the CAF Confederation Cup.
Zamalek were eliminated from the competition, 1-0 on aggregate by South Africa’s Stellenbosch on Wednesday.
The White Knights held Stellenbosch to a 0-0 draw in the first leg last week.
Sihle Nduli however stunned the defending champions with the winning goal 11 minutes from time.
Peseiro took charge of the Egyptian giants in February, 2025.
Zamalek have won five, drawn six and lost two of their 13 games across all competitions under his tutelage.
