The Japanese leader issued the threat in a speech after winning a decisive victory in an early election yesterday.
SHINZO ABE had called the election in a bid to secure a greater mandate to deal with various crises, including the growing threat from Pyongyang.
ABE’s ruling coalition retained a two-thirds majority in parliament, paving the way for him to amend Japan’s post-war pacifist constitution.
