Governor WIKE told the congregation of the Christ Apostolic Church in Emohua that enemies of Rivers State are plotting to unleash violence in areas where the rerun polls are scheduled to take place.
The Governor said he was in church to formally report to God that the enemies of the state are back, but expressed confidence that such persons would be humiliated.
He also used the occasion to announce the setting up of a special intervention fund for churches to take care of their members who are in need.
Governor WIKE said some church leaders are fine tuning details of the special fund, which he said would further unite the church.
