FG declare Monday 3rd of October as Public Holiday.

The holiday is to commemorate Nigeria’s 56th Independence Anniversary.

This was announced by the Minister of Interior, retired General ABDULRAHMAN DAMBAZAU.

The Minister said the Federal Government congratulates all Nigerians at home and abroad on the commemoration of this year’s independence anniversary.

He said government also assures Nigerians that it was working assiduously to put in place various palliative measures to cushion the effects of the current economic challenges.

ABDULRAHMAN DAMBAZAU enjoined all Nigerians to continue to support President MUHAMMADU BUHARI in his efforts to build a strong, virile and united country in line with the dream of Nigeria’s founding fathers.
