During a sensitization meeting held in Abuja, the Minister of Education, Maruf Alausa, articulated the government’s commitment to the initiative. He emphasized that the introduction of CBT across Nigeria will not only streamline the examination process but also serve to strengthen and transform the architecture of student assessment within the country’s education sector.
Alausa highlighted that the move aligns with global best practices and aims to enhance the integrity, efficiency, and credibility of examination results. Stakeholders and members of the National Assembly were encouraged to support the implementation, which is expected to benefit millions of students nationwide.
