This is because Justice Chinwendu Nworgu has adjourned till Thursday next week to rule on fresh motion for bail application filed by counsel to the defendant Cosmos Eenweluzo.
Justice Nworgu after listening to argument and adoption of written addresses on bail application by legal representative of the parties, adjourned till 28th for ruling.
Today FM’S Uchendu Ejiowhor reports that while counsel to the defendant, Cosmos Eenweluzo in his argument among others, urged the court to grant his client bail based on the kind of charges and on health condition, prosecution counsel, Professor Zaccheaus Adangor asked the court to dismiss the application.
Speaking to newsmen outside the courtroom, counsel to Farah Dagogo, Cosmos Eenweluzo who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria explained why he re-filled the bail application for his client, saying the continuous detention of Farah Dagogo has brought untold hardship to him and his family.
