Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun (born 16 July 1990),  known professionally as Wizkid is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. In 2009, he signed a record deal with Banky W.'s record label Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E). He rose to prominence in 2010 with the release of the song "Holla at Your Boy" from his debut studio album, he has gone to become one of the biggest musicians to come out of Nigeria.

CKAY was born to Dr. & Mrs. Ekweani in Kaduna State, Chukwuka, Ekweani a.k.a Ckay is of Anambra state origin.

In 2014, Ckay relocated to Lagos and began working with Chocolate City Music as a production intern in early 2015, while there he worked at the studio until later in the same year he was signed Loopy Music which merged with Chocolate City when MI became the C.E.O. His production debut was “Third Mainland Bridge” which featured MI & Moti Cakes on the TICBN vol. 1 album. He was also featured by MI on “The box” with Pryse- Illegal Music 3.

Toke Makinwa is probably the happiest woman on earth at the moment after winning N7.5M placing a bet on France to win the 2018 World Cup.

The beautiful multi-talented media personality made this known on Sunday, July 15, 2018, on her Instagram page where she posted a video.

According to a visibly excited Toke while dancing and celebrating with friends revealed that she won $20,000 (N7.5M) after placing a bet on France to win the world cup. She went on to caption the video with a quote "Winners shuffle."

HUMBLE SMITH DENIES DATING TIWA SAVAGE

   “Those pictures which went viral online are mere pictures taken on the set of a recent video shoot for my new song, ‘Attracta’, featuring Tiwa Savage.

Mother of Wizkid’s second child, Binta Diamond has revealed that she would turn down a chance to give birth to another child for the singer.

One of her followers asked,”What if Wizkid wants a second baby with you?” and she responded with an emoji that suggests that she would turn down such request.

Another follower of hers asked “When last herself and her child met with Wizkid” and she was direct with her response which was “18 months ago.”

We can confirm that D’banj has suffered a sad loss, his son he named Daniel III with his wife Didi has died a year after he was born.

Daniel, according to various reports, drowned in a pool yesterday.

There is no official statement from the 38-year old singer yet.

In an Interview with BBC London, Wizkid spoke in contrary the belief that his goal is to penetrate the International music market.

According to him, he is not set out to musically to penetrate the international market but at the same time he loves and cares about his international fans.

Wizkid said, there is not the particular formula to his musical endeavors, all he tries to do is to keep his life and music simple such that fans can relate worldwide.

While speaking about the prospect of African music, Wizkid expressed confidence that African music is on the path of becoming the biggest in the world.

NIGERIAN RAPPER

A 15-year-old Nigerian boy identified as Jordan Gbolade Jaiyeola, has been stabbed to death in a fight after a birthday party at a community centre in east London.

Three teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of murder and have been taken to separate police stations for questioning. The teenage drill rapper known locally as Jordan Douherty, was found with knife wounds and died at the scene.

“it was chaos out here last night” and described hearing friends of the victim screaming and sobbing.

She told the Press Association: “Around 9.20pm I heard a lot of noise going on. For some reason it didn’t sound right. It was mostly black boys out there.

“Then I heard a lad crying down the phone ‘he’s dead, he’s dead’. “He was lying down in the road, there was a lot of blood. The police were working on him, they tried their absolute damnedest with that boy last night.”
