Hushpuppi: American Rapper 50 Cent Announces Plan To Create TV Series On Jailed Nigerian Fraudster

Famous American rapper and movie producer, Curtis James Jackson, popularly called 50cent, has announced plans to release a television series about the convicted Ramon Olorunwa Abass, better known as Hushpuppi, soon.

Hushpuppi, a Nigerian social media influencer, was sentenced to 11 years on Monday by a United States District Court for money laundering conspiracy through several online scams and flaunting a luxurious, crime-funded lifestyle on social media.

The American producer announced his intention to release the series on his instagram post which was accompanied by the photo of the convicted fraudster barely 48 hours after Hushpuppi's sentencing,

Hushpuppi was arrested in his Dubai apartment in June 2020, by local police, in a joint operation with United States agents known as Foxhunt.
