Professor HENRY UGBOMA of the University of Port Harcourt said government needs to resolve the root cause of the renewed agitation for Biafra by the Igbos.
Speaking in an interview with our correspondent FELIX OJOGWU, Professor UGBOMA also suggested that an action plan should be put in place to regulate how Nigeria should be governed as a federation.
Other respondents, including a retired soldier, ABU ACHONU, observed that the reality of Biafra is undeniable but warned against the adverse effects of the renewed agitation on the people.
