The charges were filed against the accused persons by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission before Justice LATEEFA OKUNNU of a Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja.
Justice OKUNNU has also fixed tomorrow, 13th of January to deliver judgment in the matter relating to crimes committed in July, 2010.
The accused persons had tried but failed to stop the trial by challenging the jurisdiction and competence of the court, as well as a no-case submission, which were later resolved at the Court of Appeal.
